Twice each week, your lunches will be delivered to the nearby location of your choosing ( Fly shop, Outfitter, Lodge, or any commercial location with a refrigerator).
Your guests and you enjoy the finest lunches - a gourmet selection different for every day of the week. Special Gluten free, Kids, Hot (grilled by you), or Vegan options available.
The Sport Lunch: The finest outdoor meal - packaged to withstand the elements - fresh, crisp & delicious
Your order will be delivered with one bag per day for all orders that day (guide and guests). Special orders (gluten free, hot, kids, and vegan) will be in separate bags. The lunch packaging is engineered both to be waterproof and fresh. Some sandwiches and wraps have components and sauces individually packaged to maintain freshness. These ingredients are easily combined for "never-soggy" enjoyment of a meal your guest will always remember fondly.

Executive Chef
Daniel’s obsession with local agriculture, sustainable sourcing and food justice has been his focus for over two decades. Chef Daniel is a certified Raw Foods Chef from the Living Light Culinary Institute in California, a US Chef Ambassador for Albert Bartlett, co-chair for the Chefs Collaborative Colorado Chapter, a board member of EatDenver, and the recipient of the 2015 Philanthropist Award from the Colorado Restaurant Association.
