Menu 

 The Lodge's Larder features three lunch packages. Each package includes three different lunches of a sandwich item, a side salad, chips or pickle, desert, fruit and 2 snack treats to enjoy during the day. Two packages are available for two preset days (caddis and salmon fly) and the PMD is available for three preset days. A description of the lunches and the order and delivery details are below.

Caddis Lunch

Quantities 

Order quantity of 1 is for a set of three individual meals for one day. Quantity of 2 ordered is for both days on one boat (6 Meals). Multiply quantities by # of boats to be provisioned.

Sides 

redskin potato salad, jumbo kosher dill pickle, salted chocolate chunk cookies, blood orange, citrus scented hand wipes, 2 snack treats

Lunch #1 

Delhi Belly Wrap: masala curried chicken salad, whole wheat flatbread, romaine

Lunch #2 

The Pickup Caprese: burrata, Genovese basil, oven dried tomato, focaccia, balsamic aioli

Lunch #3 

Wild Game Club: smoked turkey, duck prosciutto club, avocado herb ranch, butter lettuce, roasted tomato, sourdough

Salmon Fly Lunch

Order quantity of 1 is for a set of three individual meals for one day. Quantity of 2 ordered is for both days on one boat (6 Meals). Multiply quantities by # of boats to be provisioned.

red cabbage teriyaki slaw, malt vinegar & sea salt chips, lemon bar, berries, citrus scented hand wipes, 2 snack treats

Lunch #4 

Western Deli: bison pastrami, marble rye, stone ground mustard

Lunch #5 

The Lodge Muffaletta: mortadella, provolone, giardiniera, ciabatta, olive tapenade, garlic mayo

Lunch #3 

Wild Game Club: smoked turkey, duck prosciutto, avocado herb ranch, butter lettuce, roasted tomato, sourdough

PMD Lunch

Quantities 

Order quantity of 1 is for a set of three individual meals for one day. Quantity of 3 ordered is for all three days on one boat (9 Meals). Multiply quantities by # of boats to be provisioned.

cous cous salad, black truffle potato chips, Peruvian chocolate brownie, stone fruit, citrus scented handwipes, 2 snack treats
