How Fresh Can Salsa Be?
- 6 Jalapenos Peppers
- 10 Ripe Roma Tomatoes
- 3-4 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- Cook and blacken Jalapenos in skillet or cast iron pan
- Place garlic in blender first
- Quarter tomatoes and place in blender followed by jalapenos.
- Pulse at medium speed until desired texture in achieved. Be sure not to puree!
- Add Salt. mix and serve.
This fresh salsa will go on chips, eggs, muchomos, taco salad, burritos, fish, meat, - just about everything. Heat will depend on the Jalapenos.
