Breakfasts:

B1.  Freezer Veggie Breakfast Burrito (10 Servings)

Heat in the oven at 350ºF (177ºC) for 30 minutes from frozen (or less if already defrosted), unwrap and return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes for a crispy wrap (optional). Or in Microwave, remove foil from defrosted burritos and microwave for 1 to 2 minutes (times will vary depending on the power of your microwave). Add more chili powder, cayenne pepper, hot sauce and/or sliced jalapeno. Serve with Greek yogurt, sour cream, feta cheese, tomatoes, avocado and/or salsa

B2.  Vanilla Protein Pancakes (6 Servings)

Lunches:

L1.  Chicken Enchilada Wrap (8 servings)

Heat in the oven at 350ºF (177ºC) for 30 minutes from frozen (or less if already defrosted), then unwrap and return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes for a crispy wrap (optional). Remove foil from defrosted burrito and microwave for 1 to 2 minutes (times will vary depending on the power of your microwave). Add hot sauce or cayenne pepper. Add chopped veggies such as celery as topping to the wrap.

L2.  Greek Burger (4 Servings)

Assemble when ready to serve. Heat burger patty in oven for 20 minutes at 300 degrees or microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. One serving is equal to one assembled burger. Try it with sliced tomatoes, fresh lettuce, or bruschetta.
