Deliciously addictive moderately spicy cheddar cheese crisps. Wonderful with a glass of wine or as a snack. They also make a terrific hostess or holiday gift. They are made by hand with top quality ingredients: extra sharp cheddar cheese, sweet cream butter, unbleached wheat flour and spices, with a hint of red pepper. That's it. No preservatives or additives. They don't need it!  The crumbs at the bottom of the bag or tin make a wonderful topping for mac and cheese or other casseroles.
