Seasonal wild and cultivated produce in season. These are unique products typically farmed or foraged from the Pacific Northwest. Boxes of six pounds of the freshest vegetables in season now.

Select six pounds from the following products and list choices and quantities desired in your reply to the order confirmation you will receive after checkout is completed. Orders may include 1 to 6 pounds (or other unit, such as clam, noted), unless limited as noted below, of varieties with all varieties selected totaling 6 pounds. Be sure your notes list all items totaling 6 (ie. 6 items at 1 pound each or 1 item at 6 pounds).

Current Seasonal Items:

  • Wild Sea Beans
  • Padron Peppers
  • Espelette Peppers
  • Shishito Peppers
  • Red Huckleberries - Out of Season
  • Sudachi - Green sour citrus of Japanese origin used as food flavoring in place of lemon or lime

  • Baby Heirloom Artichokes - Out of Season

  • Finger Limes (1.76 oz. clam)
  • English Peas - Out of Season
  • Cranberry Bean
  • Individual Quick Frozen Green Chick Peasbout
  • Yuzu - About the size of a tangerine, yuzu is mainly cultivated in Japan, Korea, and China. It’s incredibly fragrant, but also super sour and tart, which means it’s not meant to be eaten as is. Instead, its zest and juice are used for flavoring.
  • Skeena Cherries - Out of Season
  • Agretti (limit 2 lbs) (Agretti is just sexy. Lacy, delicate, but packed with flavor. It is an Italian relative of the sea bean. Served raw in salad, it is also a vegetable mimic to angel hair pasta, along with grated parmesan, lots of garlic and olive oil, plus a little lemon juice, black pepper and a hint of anchovy.)
